• It was a pleasure to visit the office of Ms. Kimberly. Not only was she knowledgeable and professional, she was also patient, polite and approachable. I have had many “dental disasters” and my faith in the practice has diminished because of that. However, Kimberly Smiles is inviting, professional and demonstrates great customer service and concern. The fees are worth trying to fit in your budget, I can say that I believe to whom much is given much is required. It’s just good to see that some people in the industry still value the art and the patient and not just the pay check. • Last year Dr. Caldwell insisted that I have my four molars removed, two upper and two lower. The molars were impacted and were pressing against tissue and nerves. Although my past Dentist and several specialists whom I’d seen over the years insisted that I not bother the molars, Dr. Caldwell insisted that I have them removed! I had been reluctant, but as the molars were continuing to decay under the tissue, and were causing me constant headaches three to four days a week – due to their pressing against nerves – I relented to Dr. Caldwell’s constant prodding and advice. The result is that, thanks to Dr. Caldwell I no longer have the chronic and constant headaches! If she had not continued to insist that I have the molars removed, I would still be taking aspirin and pain killers and suffering through three to four headaches a week! But, because of Dr. Caldwell’s insistence and advice, I finally had the molars removed and my quality of life has improved tremendously! Not only am I always amazed by her friendly and attentive staff, and Dr. Caldwell’s state of the art office and superb dental care, but I’m eternally grateful to her for the relief that I’ve gotten and the improvement in my quality of life due to her care and attention! • The best dental office I’ve been to in years. The staff was patient, friendly, and took time to explain everything to me from the procedure to my benefits. While having so much dental work done; I was relaxed by the flat-screen TV above my head, the chair massaging my back, and of course Dr. Caldwell’s professionalism- which earned my trust and respect. • It is really something odd these days when the doctor or specialist sits down to discuss your procedure or concerns with you directly and patiently rather than through an assistant or in a hurried manner. • The office staff is highly professional and friendly. I feel like a family member when I arrive at the front desk. The person that escorts you to the point of service makes sure you are comfortable. The hygienist asks to be told if you are experiencing any pain.
