Jessica- Office Manager

With over six years of experience in the dental field, Jessica enjoys the opportunity that Kimberly Smiles provides her to work with individuals and to educate them on important health issues.  It is her goal to ensure that patients understand their treatment needs and to help them afford their treatment as well.    A graduate of Bradley University Jessica was attracted to the dental field because, “dentistry is an ever-evolving industry.  It is that constant change that keeps everyday new and exciting.  It is my goal to pass the excitement and passion we have as a team on to our patients.”  As member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers she is always attending seminars and learning about the latest trends in dentistry and dental insurance.

Damaris- Scheduling Coordinator

After many years in the dental field Damaris feels she is “still learning something new everyday.” She attributes this to Dr. Caldwell’s encouragement of all the staff to be involved in continuing education.  “It is the focus of the entire team to ensure that each patient has a complete understanding of their dental treatment.”  According to Damaris it is this focus that makes Dr. Caldwell’s office a unique experience for both the patient and the team member.  Damaris’s commitment to continuing education extends beyond that of dentistry.  In addition to the dental related classes she attends, she is a graduate from Lincoln Technical Institute with a degree in auto mechanics.
